How does a service purchase work?

You select the service, review the scope and purchase through the secure Shopify checkout. Where implementation requires access or additional information, we request those items before the relevant work begins.

What happens after payment?

We review the order and the agreed scope, confirm any required information or access, then begin the work within the stated delivery process.

How long does service delivery take?

Standard service delivery is generally 5 to 21 business days. The exact timing depends on scope, project complexity, required access, approvals, revisions and client response time.

How are digital files delivered?

Digital products and files are delivered electronically, typically by email, download link, customer account or another agreed digital delivery method. The stated delivery timeframe is generally 24 to 72 hours.

Do you need access to my website?

Some technical work may require access to Shopify, WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Google Search Console or another relevant platform. Access is used only for the agreed work. Customers remain responsible for account ownership and can remove access when it is no longer required.

Are results guaranteed?

No specific traffic, ranking, sales, revenue, leads or conversion result is guaranteed unless a particular result is expressly agreed in writing and is legally permitted. Search engines and third party platforms control their own systems.

What happens if I need revisions?

Revisions are provided according to the purchased service scope. Requests that materially change the original requirements or exceed the stated scope may require additional work.

Can I get a refund?

Completed services and delivered digital products are generally non refundable, subject to applicable law. Please review the Refund Policy before purchasing.
