At SwiftTechHub, we are committed to providing high quality digital services, professional solutions, and digital products. Due to the nature of our services and digital products, payments are generally non refundable once a service has been delivered, work has commenced, or a digital product or file has been accessed or delivered.

Services

Once a service has been completed and delivered according to the agreed scope, the payment is non refundable.

If work has already started, refunds will not be provided because of a change of mind, change in business plans, or a decision not to continue using the service.

Digital Products and Files

All digital products, including files, scripts, systems, software, templates, reports, documents, and other downloadable or digital materials, are non refundable once delivered, accessed, downloaded, or used.

Due to the digital nature of these products, they cannot be returned once access has been provided.

Client Changes or Delays

A refund will not be issued because a client changes their requirements, delays providing information or access, decides not to use the delivered work, or no longer requires the service after work has commenced.

Where revisions are included in the purchased service, SwiftTechHub will provide the revisions stated in the original service scope. Additional work outside that scope may require an additional payment.

Third Party Platforms

SwiftTechHub may provide services involving platforms such as Shopify, Google, WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Meta, hosting providers, payment processors, search engines, and other third party platforms.

SwiftTechHub cannot be held responsible for changes, restrictions, suspensions, algorithm updates, technical issues, policies, or decisions made by third party platforms after a service has been delivered.

Results

Unless a specific result has been expressly guaranteed in writing, purchasing a SwiftTechHub service does not guarantee a specific amount of sales, revenue, traffic, leads, rankings, conversions, or profit.

Business results can depend on factors outside the control of SwiftTechHub.

Service Issues

If you believe there is a genuine issue with a service that has been delivered, please contact SwiftTechHub so the matter can be reviewed.

Where appropriate, SwiftTechHub may correct an issue that falls within the original agreed scope of work.

Agreement

By purchasing a SwiftTechHub service or digital product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy before completing your purchase.

All payments for completed services and delivered digital products are non refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

SwiftTechHub reserves the right to update this policy when necessary.
