2. Orders and Payments

All orders must be paid through the payment methods made available by SwiftTechHub.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

SwiftTechHub reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order where there is a reasonable concern regarding fraud, unauthorized payment, abuse, or other unlawful activity.

3. Service Delivery

Services will be delivered according to the scope, timeframe, and requirements stated on the relevant product or service page or agreed upon between SwiftTechHub and the client.

Delivery times may depend on the client providing the information, files, credentials, approvals, access, or other materials required to complete the work.

If a client delays providing required information or access, the delivery timeframe may be extended accordingly.

4. Digital Products

Digital products may include files, scripts, templates, software, systems, reports, documents, configurations, or other digital materials.

Once a digital product has been delivered, accessed, downloaded, or made available to the customer, the customer is responsible for maintaining appropriate security of the files and access credentials.

Digital products may not be redistributed, resold, copied, reproduced, sublicensed, or commercially distributed unless SwiftTechHub has provided written permission.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, SwiftTechHub retains ownership of its proprietary systems, methodologies, templates, frameworks, processes, source materials, internal tools, and pre existing intellectual property.

Where a completed deliverable is specifically created for a client and full payment has been received, the client receives the usage rights expressly provided for that deliverable.

Purchasing a service does not automatically transfer ownership of SwiftTechHub's underlying systems, processes, templates, software, or proprietary methods.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and the access required to perform the purchased service.

Clients must ensure that they have the legal right to provide SwiftTechHub with any content, images, videos, trademarks, documents, data, credentials, or other materials supplied for use in the project.

The client remains responsible for the accuracy and legality of information supplied to SwiftTechHub.

7. Website and Account Access

Where a service requires access to Shopify, WordPress, Wix, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, social media accounts, advertising platforms, analytics platforms, hosting accounts, or other third party services, the client authorizes SwiftTechHub to use the provided access solely for performing the agreed service.

SwiftTechHub will not intentionally use client access for purposes unrelated to the agreed work.

Clients remain responsible for maintaining ownership of their accounts and should remove access when a project has been completed if continued access is not required.

8. Third Party Platforms

Some SwiftTechHub services depend on third party platforms, including Shopify, Google, Meta, WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, hosting providers, payment processors, social media platforms, advertising networks, search engines, and other technology providers.

SwiftTechHub does not control these platforms.

We therefore cannot guarantee that a third party will maintain a particular feature, ranking, account status, advertising performance, API, algorithm, policy, approval, or level of service.

Changes made by third party platforms may affect the outcome of a service.

9. Results and Performance

SwiftTechHub aims to provide professional and commercially useful digital solutions. However, unless a specific result is expressly guaranteed in a written agreement, we do not guarantee a particular level of:

• Revenue
• Profit
• Sales
• Website traffic
• Search rankings
• Leads
• Conversion rate
• Advertising performance
• Social media growth
• Email revenue
• Search visibility

Digital marketing and ecommerce performance can be affected by market conditions, competition, customer behavior, platform algorithms, pricing, website quality, product demand, advertising budgets, and other factors outside our control.

10. Revisions and Additional Work

If revisions are included in a purchased service, they will be provided according to the scope stated on the relevant service page or agreement.

Requests that substantially change the original requirements or require additional work may be treated as a new service and may require an additional fee.

SwiftTechHub is not required to perform unlimited revisions outside the agreed scope.

11. Refunds

SwiftTechHub operates a No Refund Policy for completed services and delivered digital products, subject to applicable law.

Services that have already been delivered, work that has already commenced, and digital products that have been delivered, accessed, downloaded, or used are generally non refundable.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

12. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use SwiftTechHub products, services, website, or digital materials for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or malicious purposes.
